Conditions for Exchange & Return:
- We don’t accept refunds.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must be unused and intact with tags.
- If any of our Products failed to meet the quality parameter, such as:
- Physically Damaged
- Product Major Defects
- Size or, fitting issue
- If Risam Fashion delivers the wrong items to the customer
- Product Lost during shipment
- If any technical error occurred – Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction.
- Within 02 days of the purchase date.
Also please note that:
- The customer needs to send us the scanned copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.
- Footwear/Bag/Jewelry/Accessories – can be exchanged only in case Products are damaged or defective and definitely had to check out in front of the delivery person.
- After receiving the Product, Risam Fashion has full authority to make the decision on whether the Product will be applicable for exchange.
- As per policy, all the refunds of canceled or returned orders will be paid within four(4) official days.
- Any Product sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
- After you receive the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 5-10 minutes to let you check on the product. If you have any issue with the product, you can contact our Support Number and return the product instantly. We don’t accept returns unless the product is defective.
- Sometimes for professional photo shoots, product color may look different. Please check our website for a better product view.
- Discount Products cannot be returned or exchanged
- One time exchange will be applicable if the product is available in stock
- Coupon code discount is not applicable for any discount product
- Any Cash-back offer will not be applicable for the Discount product
- The membership card member will get discounts on regular-priced products. No other promotional campaign will not applicable.
